Meet Coach Carly

Carly is a fully qualified trainer, and currently works with 50+ women one-on-one in the gym.

She specializes in training women, and has had a pretty incredible transformation herself.  In fact, she used to weigh 265lbs.

But through lifting weights and a flexible diet where no food was banned, and she ate tasty meals all the time, she dropped over 115 pounds, transformed her physique and built a jaw-dropping body in the process.

Jason Maxwell is a Rocket Scientist turned Fitness Professional. Because of this, he appreciates the science of helping people get jacked and lean.

He graduated Top 3 in his class with a Bachelor of Engineering and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Functional Movement Systems.  He also has a Master's level nutrition certification.

Jason will be the director of nutritional programming for the She Lifts coaching program.
