Intermittent fasting is a great way to get your nutrition under control. It involves skipping meals for a certain period of time (known as fasting), and then having another eating window.
A few methods of fasting that I recommend are: full day fasts, and daily fasts.
Full Day Fasts
During a full day fast, you will not eat for 24 hours. This is a great way to lower your weekly average caloric intake.
Daily Fasts
The way I recommend to do a daily fast is to skip breakfast every morning. I typically like to fast for 16 hours and only have an 8 hour eating window starting at 1pm (also known as lean gains).
