7. Anabolic Running
I hate cardio. It’s boring and it sucks.
The only type of cardio I can get behind is Anabolic Running.
It’s a specific sprinting protocol that will shred the fat (and even build some muscle, which is crazy for cardio). The author, Joe LoGalbo discovered this special type of running at the lowest point of his life. He was in his 20’s and had just gotten married and his wife was ready to jump his bones, but Joe had one little problem: he couldn’t get it up. I said it before and I’ll say it again: “I HATE CARDIO!”
